I was able to test the camera again. I held the reset button for about minute now. Unfortunately that didn't work. When I tried searching for camera using wisenet software it didn't see the camera....

This is the weird part. I tried all this with jus camera Poe switch and my PC. No luck. PC is on the same subnet as the camera.The light on the camera is on and flashing. When resetting the camera ...

Yes I tried using wisenet device manager and tried resetting the camera couple times. It didn't work. Software doesn't see the camera for some reason.
