I Have XNB-9003 Box camera integrated with Huawei Holosens Iclient 10.0.0 

huawei Server have a feature called PU that take snapshot with short video of people passing through ID cameras and save them.

 

i have recently replace one of huawei camera with XNB-9003 Box and the above feature is not archivable with wisent xnb-9003 box  camera.

 

any suggestion please advice

  Thank you for your request.

  The XNB-9003 box camera is an AI capable device that supports what we call Best Shot which is the detection of AI objects that are detected by the cameras AI engine.

  I'm not sure if Huawei Holosens supports Hanwha cameras or our best shot feature but you can check this by making sure that the best shot feature is enabled on the camera itself under the analytics menu.

  I would suggest also reaching out Huawei support to see if Hanwha cameras are supported.
